Richard C. Webb
is
a Managing Director, and founding partner of Abshier Webb Donnelly & Baker
Investment Bankers with an extensive background in the Houston, Texas
investment and banking communities.
Mr. Webb was the
Vice-Chairman of Sanders Morris Harris in Houston, Texas. Mr. Webb co-founded
Harris, Webb and Garrison in 1994, at which he served as President and Director
since 1999.
From 1991 to 1994, he
was Regional Partner of S.G. Cowen Securities, the correspondent broker of
Harris Webb and Garrison.
Before then, Mr. Webb
served in various capacities with the Houston, Texas Investment Bank, Lovett
Underwood Neuhaus and Webb, which he co-founded in
1981.
