John C. Kerr

Donnelly & Baker Investment Bankers in March 2006 and is heading up the San
Antonio branch office.
John Kerr presently
heads Morman Kerr Interests. Previously Mr. Kerr has
served as an investment banker of Harris, Webb and Garrison from 1997 to 1999,
and as a partner with the private equity group Kerr, Conners
& Co. from 1990 to 1997.
Kerr was also Partner at
both Andrews & Kurth Attorneys in Houston and Cox
& Smith Attorneys in San Antonio.
